We would also appreciate if you would inform us of any known substances within your home that may put us or any of our contractors at risk.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are your staff qualified in the work they carry out?
Our carpenters are all Level 2 City and Guilds qualified and have also taken the advanced level 3 City and Guilds Carpentry qualification.
When required, we only use other trades that have the appropriate qualifications for the work they are employed to carry out.
Do you carry out 'Bespoke' work if we don't want to buy ready made units ?
We are fully experienced in carrying out all types of Bespoke works.
We are supported by a carpentry workshop that is fully stocked with all the latest machinery to bring your or our designs to life.
Do you guarantee your work?
We fully guarantee all our works for a period of 28 days from the completion of the installation. All works will be inspected on job completion for any damage and to ensure each customer is completely satisfied with the work carried out.
What are the guarantee periods of any equipment you install?
The guarantee periods for any equipment we install will be that specified by each manufacturer or supplier of that equipment.
Do I need to sign a quotation to start the process?
Yes. We always ensure that associated labour and materials costs are agreed prior to any works so both parties are happy to proceed with a full knowledge of what is or is not included.
Are there any initial payments?
Yes. We strive to keep all our prices competitive at all times. To commence works we ask our customers to pay the materials element of the job.
What if we have a problem with anything after the installation?
In the unlikely event of a problem after the installation, please call us and we will gladly discuss any issues with a view to a resolution. We value our customers and understand that we will grow our business through a great reputation so in the unlikely event of an issue, please keep us informed.

Being experienced and qualified carpenters, we have to be intricate in our thinking and this naturally flows through to every other small detail in our work.
Will you protect my home?
It goes without saying that the carpentry trade makes dust! Our carpenters all have ample dustsheets and stair runners for those high footfall areas. We have the latest dust extractors and hoovers when we are on site and we will keep you informed of the work we are doing to keep dust to a minimum.
With bespoke work, we aim to complete as much as possible in the workshop to reduce disruption to your home.
Do you provide a quotation?
Yes, we will always provide a written quotation for works.
The quotation will be as simplistic as possible to avoid any confusion..
Are there any 'Terms and Conditions' associated with the quotation?
Yes, we will provide ‘Terms and Conditions’ with our quotations.
When do I have to pay for the works carried out?
Materials – We would require payment of any materials prior to the commencement of any works to enable us to remain competitive.
Labour – On confirmation of job satisfaction with our customers we would request the labour element of the job be paid within 7 days of completion of the works.
